The Art Of Decoctions
Homegirls Meghan Elizabeth and Lazzuly Mello are pairing up to offer a casual class for People of Color on slow cooking herbs to keep your bodies warm and strong this winter.
Join us for a bowl of soup and an introduction to the process of cooking herbs for broth and strong teas! We will cover the materia medica of our favorite 10 plants to slow cook, while we create a yummy tea for you to take home, so make sure you bring your best travel mug. Students will also leave with a healing broth recipe and herbal broth kits will be available for purchase.
**This class is open to those who identify as People of Color only. Please support us in creating a safe and welcoming space.**
