Gui zhi jia long gu mu li tang is a powerful nutritive sedative formula with a diverse set of applications. The modifications chosen amplify its ability to rapidly calm the mind and the spirit. Both Skullcap and California Poppy clear heat from the heart and liver and are suitable for excess or deficiency syndromes.
