What is the cost for your formulation services?
Once you set up an account and use our online formula submission portal, you’ll be able to see the cost of each formula you order. Our prices depend on the size of the formula you are ordering, the herbs in the formula, and the quantity of each herb in your formulation.
Can you bill my patients directly?
Absolutely. Our online system allows you to mark up your orders and then send the order to your patient for payment.

How long does it take to fill an order?
Most orders will be filled the same business day if submitted before 4pm. Please call the shop if your patient is picking up a formula directly after an appointment, so we can fill their order as quickly as possible.
Is shipping available?
Yes! You will choose your shipping option when you check out.
What are your minimums?
Single herb tinctures or stock formulas are offered bulk starting at 8 fl oz.
Our minimum custom formula size is 16 fl oz bulk or a 12 pack of 2 oz bottles.
Bulk orders are subject to a $200 order minimum.
How are your extracts priced?
Each herb and formula is assigned a tier. Compare this with our pricing chart to find the cost. With increased purchase volume, the price per oz decreases. What’s the turnaround for private label orders?
Bulk (not bottled) orders blended from existing tincture stock (up to 4 gallons) have a 3 week turnaround.
Orders that involve non-inventory herbs, difficult-to-source herbs, or are over 4 gallons have an average turnaround of 15 weeks.
Who creates the labels?
Customers are responsible for the design and printing of labels, including FDA labeling requirements. We recommend reviewing product contents and label design with a lawyer and/or insurance agent before finalizing the text. To meet our compliance specifications, we must review your labels for accuracy before they are printed.
Please notify us immediately if there are any problems with your order. Products damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost to the customer if reported to us within 7 days of receipt. All other claims, discrepancies, and returns must be resolved within 30 days of purchase.
Orders for sealed retail products purchased on our website may be cancelled online prior to shipping, with a full return to the credit card used for the purchase. If the item has already shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and will receive product credit once the item is received in its original condition.
Unopened, sealed retail or bulk tincture items may be returned within 30 days. Credits issued are for product only. A copy of your invoice and a brief note describing the reason for return must accompany returns.
Opened products cannot be returned, and no refund or exchange is offered.
Once a custom formula has been blended, it cannot be cancelled or returned, and the customer is responsible for full payment; no shipping will be charged if the custom formula is blended but cancelled before shipment. If you are a practitioner or patient and you are dissatisfied or have a negative reaction to a custom formula, please contact us within 7 days; product credit or exchange will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
